Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in harmful activities.

Booking & Payments

1. All bookings are subject to availability.
2. Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
3. Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Photography Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

1. Zan Visuals LLC retains copyright to all images.
2. Clients receive a license for personal use.
3. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement.

Gallery Delivery

1. Online galleries remain active for 30 days.
2. Re-activation or re-delivery may incur additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

Zan Visuals LLC is not liable for:

1. Weather conditions
2. Venue restrictions
3. Delays caused by the client
4. Technical issues beyond reasonable control

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Liability Disclaimer

Zan Visuals LLC provides photography services on an "as available" basis.

We are not responsible for:

1. Weather conditions affecting outdoor sessions.
2. Venue restrictions or permit requirements.
3. Client delays or no-shows.
4. Unforeseen technical issues (equipment failure, corrupted files).

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

1. Securing location permissions.
2. Arriving on time.
3. Providing accurate information during booking.
